As Head of Software Engineering and Deputy General Manager at the National Institute for Smart Government (NISG), and across major public-sector initiatives, she has architected mission-critical platforms designed to serve millions of citizens, modernised legacy operations, and turned complex stakeholder requirements into clear, resilient architectures.
Her foundation is Software Engineering: from early days in systems and Computer Engineering, to an MS in Software Engineering from the University of Michigan, and Strategic Leadership at IIM Calcutta.
