What we collect
- Contact and partner forms: your name, email address, company, website, message and the option you choose.
- Feedback form: your name, company, email address, the service you used, a rating, your written feedback and, if you choose to upload one, a video. Whether you agree to publication is recorded.
- Visitor counter: when you open a page we compute a one-way hash from your IP address, browser details and the date, and use it only to count each visitor once per day. We do not store your IP address for this, we set no cookies for it, and the hashes are deleted after about two days.
- Security checks: forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives technical information from your browser to tell people from bots. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare may keep standard server logs and aggregate, cookie-free page statistics.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message or application, and to assess possible work together.
- To review and, only if you said we may, publish your feedback on the Feedback page. Videos are private until a person at CAS Consulting has reviewed and approved them.
- To keep the website secure and to count visits.
Who handles it for us
We use these service providers to run the site: Supabase (database and file storage), Cloudflare (hosting, security checks and statistics), [Resend or your email provider] (email notifications to our team). How long we keep it
